The 5th Annual Meghan Puls Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, at The Woodlands Golf Course in Baltimore County, MD. Proceeds from this charity tournament benefit University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, Lions Camp Merrick for juvenile diabetics, and The Seton Keough High School scholarship, Marillac and Focus programs. As a result of the Marillac and Focus programs, students learn to adapt to their disability and become successful students in high school and college.
The format is a four-person scramble and no handicaps required. On-course contests include longest drive (male & female), closest-to-the-pin (male & female) and Holes-in-One on every par 3 hole including a $10,000 prize. Registration includes green fees, cart, range balls, all you can eat breakfast and lunch catered by Michael's Eighth Avenue, unlimited on-course alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tournament polo shirt & goodie bag, awards and prizes.
Individual golfers are welcome as well as two and foursomes. People interested in joining us for only the luncheon can do so for a cost of $25. A portion of the luncheon and registration costs is tax-deductible. Payments can be accepted online through PayPal or by mail. Don't wait! Early registration pricing of $125/golfer ends Friday, April 17, 2009, and space is limited to the first 144 golfers. After Friday, April 17, 2009, registration will be $150/golfer.
